Although she never seems to say much she expresses her brilliance in secret
ways that you have to find out for yourself. Maggie places just behind Bart
and slightly ahead of Homer in vocabulary development. For an infant who can
neither talk nor walk she leads an exciting and rewarding life. Maggie's most
prized possession is her Neglecto-brand Pacifer. She's almost always in a
good mood except when she gets around her rival the mysterious one-eyebrowed
