Captain McCallister is the owner of the Frying Dutchman all-you-can-eat resturant, which probably explain why he isn't a real captain. He had three other unsuccessful all-you-can-eat resturants called Take me to the Liver, The Beet goes on, and Grosts! His enemy is of course Homer which he calls the 'eatin machine'.
